Change sender when receive mail with return receipt

Hi all

my users having this problem with IBM Traveler (Server 9.0.1 HF32):

when the user read an email from own smartphone, the mail’s sender is changed which own name and receive a return receipt in inbox.

Is it a bug?

any idea?
