Change password in domino admin

I would like to access the profile of person who is no longer employee but I do not know his password. I am using adminstrative profile domino admin and would like to change his password. How can I do it? I would appreciate your help. Regards

If you are full admin you do not need his id file to acces his mailbox or delete his person doc.

Could you be more specific what to achieve?

Thank you for your response.I know I can access his data but I need to log in on his id. After entering all data system asks me to enter the password of this person, which I do not know - that is why I would like to change it.
