Hello!
Some users couldn’t change their internet password using link http://ip-address/names.nsf?ChangePassword (You are not authorized to submit password change requests. Contact your Administrator for more information) but other users haven’t that issue. I search policy and settings document and found no options disabling this ability to change password.
My question is how i can enable ability to change password through web (using this link)

I’m going for the obvious here, but have you checked their person documents to see if they are the Owner? I’ve seen cases where some ids are set up without giving the person the right to make changes to their document.

That was the first thing i’ve checked. Problem users are owners of their person documents and could edit it in notes client (also they have ability to change inet password that way). But couldn’t change password through web.
Any other ideas?
