If you go to File->Preferences->Mail->Internet, you can change the setting for Multilingual Internet mail format. It is currently set to Use Match and Prompt, we would like to change to Use Best Match. After changing, when you log out of Lotus and log back in it defaults back to Match and Prompt. Where is the default setting set out? How do I make it stay to Best Match?

Don’t think it is the policy for Setup and Desktop Settings it says Set Initial Value to Use Best Match.
Is this setting located somewhere else? .ini file or something?
Is there a way to make sure she is getting the Desktop Settings of the Policy assigned?

I changed the Prompt from 1 to 0 allowed me to change the default setting so setting is now Use Best Match even when I restart Lotus
