Certificate Renewal

We have two servers in our environment. For similicities’ sake I’ll call them Server A and Server B. These servers are not clustered. We have 50% of our Notes users on Server A and the other 50% on Server B. Users on Server A are receiving their notices that their IDs are about to expire and to perform the actions to certify (blah blah blah). Users on Server B do not receive the messages. I’m not exactly sure how the messages work. I assume it’s some sort of agent that is running looking for IDs within a certain date range and shooting out emails. I can’t find the agent nor anything else that would help me get these notices out to the users who are about to get shut out of their emails. Can someone please help out?

Thanks!!

Subject: the messages are not emails

Andrew,Notes clients will tell the users with a dialog box when their certificates are going to expire. There is no agent or email.

Notes administrators can proactively keep this from happening by renew certificates before they get close to expiring.

Not trying to be a wise guy but if you need to know how to do this, RTM.
