Dear All,
One of my notes client told me that his certificate has expired and can not access anything. So I renewed his certificate manaually. But now there is new problem arrived that “You are not authorized to Access”.
Can anyone help me on the same.

You’ll need to manually re certify his ID file and copy that one to his computer replacing his expired id.
You do this from the Configuration tab, Certification, Certify.

Subject: Certificate Expire
I have taken the same step on the server. And client I have take the below step:
File>Security>User Security>Your identity>Certificate>Get Certificate>Import merge certificate>And pointed to the renewd certificate.
