I’m in the planning stages of implementing Password Recovery. In doing my homework, I see that assigning more than one administrator as recovery administrators is recommended. No problem as myself and a co-worker are both configured as administrators.
The other admin handles things such as registering new users.
I handle other tasks, one of which is re-certifying notes certificates.
We both have copies of the cert.id file on our respective pc’s, and the cert.id exists also in the data directory on the server.
My question is, if I set up Password Recovery, and knowing that Password Recovery info is stored in the cert.id (assuming it’s the cert.id residing on my pc, since I would be the one setting up password recovery), will Domino automatically synchronize this password recovery data with the cert.id file on the other administrator’s PC and the server too?
Or will I have to supply the other admin with a copy of the cert.id from my pc and also put it on the server?
