Centralized IM Contact List?

We have recently finished rollout of company wide IM capability via v. 6.5.1. As I completed this project on a department by department basis, I built up my contact list as I went, ending up with a nicely organized listing.

If I embed this contact list into a form or a page, and make it accessible via a link in our company portal, of course it will appear for me, but when others click the link they see their own contact list which, in most cases, is a very bare list. Looking to the help I see this is expected.

Is there any way that I can make my contact list available to all? The alternative would be to visit each machine individually, I know there must be a better way…
