When running install script, I get to the point where it ask for graphic or console, then I get …'s and is returned to the console.

Subject: I think i had the same problem but…

I can’t remember what I did.

maybe it was “yum install libXmu libXp compat-libstdc+±296”

or “export STSkipAllChecks=true”

Best Regards

Ben

Subject: oh sorry … that was a Sametime issue

maybe “yum install compat-libstdc+±33” helps

Subject: use console instalation then…

We had the same issue. We had to use the console installation:

./install -console

Subject: solution?

I have the same issue. Then I realize that in the one name of the directory where the install files was unpack was symbol “!”. When I unpack the install files directly in /home (full path: /home/linux/domino) without any kind of symbols like “!” or “_” etc.Starting this moment installation was like walking in park

Subject: Please run setup with this option:

setup -is:log /tmp/mylog.datI need to look at /tmp/mylog.dat.

It looks like some java initialization problem.

Thanks,

Irina Khasin.
