CD to MIME error : file does not exist

Does someone has seen this message and better has someone got a solution??When sending mail towards the internet this message appears:

CD to MIME error (Process: Router (00000AC4:00000009), Database: mail.box, Note: 001976EA): File does not exist

We also have symantec 4 running that I suspect but nothing found on the symantec site about this issue…

Subject: -update-CD to MIME error : file does not exist

update and still the problem occurs…We have deïnstalled all the antivirus software from the server and the problem still exists.

Also the fix does not work and a earlier edition of Lotus would not work.

Anyone an idea??
