I have many organizations in my corporate(like /ABC,/XYZ…) and also have application servers, mail servers in each area. Beside, there is also a hub server in each area to act replication, admin activities…
When an area deploy a new application, like a workflow system, user at different area will receive a link to a dedicate document in his mail to approve it, but user can NEVER open it due to catalog in his home(mail) server doesn’t have that new database list in that, so user at different area cannot open it via document link. My approach is to ask user to open that database via “open server” UI or send a database link for them to open it first.
But this is not a standard solution, could you guys provide a total solution on this problem ? Thank you.
