Capture @Now once only

Hi:

I’m creating a SLA db. Let me simplify: Status changing from Open → Closed → Accepted.

I need to capture all the Date & Time for the above three status. Capturing Open status Date & Time is fine as I can use the Computed When Compose when the document is being created for the 1st time.

For Closed and Accepted, when users changed the status, I too would like to capture the Date & Time. I can’t use neither of Computed nor Computed For Display as this date & time keeping changing

Kindly help.

Status field:Type=Editable

Input Translation formula add something like the following:

FIELD DateClosed := @If(Status=“Closed” & DateClosed=“”;@Now;DateClosed);

FIELD DateAccepted := @If(Status=“Accepted” & DateAccepted=“”;@Now;DateAccepted);

Status

Used 3 date fields…

  1. DateOpened:

Type=Computed When Composed

Formula = @created

  1. DateClosed:

Type=Computed

Formula = DateClosed

  1. DateAccepted:

Type=Computed

Formula = DateAccepted
