The boss has his personal address book on the domino for iSeries server. When his assistant adds a new entry to the address book, she can not use the search tool and find the entry. She won’t use the find command, because sometimes she’s asked to find the company, not the name.
The problem is fixed if she clicks on the More button in the search tool, then the Update Index button. Any ideas? She’s using the 6.02 CF1 client. Thanks for any responses.
