I have a user who can’t open attachments after forwarding mail that contained the attachment. It just displays a graphic of the file, but not the file itself. As a test, the user creates and e-mail and adds an attachment – opens ok. He can send it to himself and it opens ok. when he sends it to himself again as a forward, the attachemnt is replaced with a graphic. Both copies of the forward e-mail in the inbox and sent have no attachment. He is NOT sending it as “send without attachment”. This always happens when he gets e-mail from someone and he forwards it on. After he sends it, no one can open it.
