Running Notes 8.0.1 and it just crashes when nothing is happening. After it crashes, I can restart notes 8, but then I cannot log back in to sametime. Selecting Login-as available just acts like a NOP and does nothing. I have to reboot to get sametime back. The crash is fairly random but occurs 3-4 times per week. The sametime problem after the crash always occurs. Any suggestions?
Subject: reset user
I have that happen often, especially when switching ID’s. The fastest & easiest way for me to get it back is to go to File-Preferences-Sametime-Server Communities and do a “reset user” It will say it’s going to lose your contact list, but once you log back in, it’s all there again.
