Having troubles getting IM to work when accessing via DWA on a Domino 7 server. Works fine via Notes 7 client. Sametime server’s running Domino 6.5.4, DWA server’s running Domino 7.0 and my Notes client is 7.0.2 w/ dwa7.ntf (template v7.0.2). DWA access is per IE 6.0.2900.2180. Lotus support recommends making a new copy of domino - html - sametime - stlinks from my 6.5.4 Sametime server. Pls assist as I’m in the process of piloting ND7 and many users have expressed issues w/ this.

Are both of your DWA and ST servers in the “Trusted Sites” zone in IE?
Also, you may want to copy over the STLinks directory from yoru ST server to the same location on your DWA server.
And on your server configuration document for your DWA server, has IBM checked to see how the “Instant Messaging” section is configured in the “Domino Web Access” tab?

Affirmative on all grounds… tried accessing via Mozilla/Firefox and browser and getting same results… Seem to recall a utility that you could run from your DWA server that would confirm browser connectivity to your Sametime server? DWA settings in the config doc per my DWA 7 server are all default - did list my Sametime server via FQHN. Any other suggestions?
