DDM is alerting me about a user whose public key doesn’t match the key on the address book. I’m trying to do what it says in the solution (see further down) but I can’t move on because I can’t find Certification → ID File on the toolbar under People & Groups.
I have looked for it in the menus and in other tabs but I can’t find it. Help!

Possible solution:
Verify that the public key stored in the Domino Directory matches the public key stored in the Person document for that user.

From the Domino Administrator, click the People and Groups tab.

From the toolbar, click Certification - ID File.

Select the ID file you want and click Open.

Click More Options.

Click Copy Public Key to copy the entire public key to the clipboard.

Paste the public key into the associated document.
