Hi all, our users can’t compact their 6.5 mailboxes manually from the properties.We are running Domino 6.5 server. Compacting scheduled from the server works well.
We upgraded from Notes 511, and with the earlier version the user was able to compact manually.
There is no display message that the compacting is finished. Users they tested compacting have Manager access to their mailboxes.
Any ideas ?
Note: the mailboxes are based on Notes 6.5 mail template, customized.
