Hi.
I have 4 addressbooks in my DD. One of these addressbooks (external.nsf) is used for an external HelpDesk and is synchronized with the ITF STAFF Database. Some people are created in our own Names.nsf and in the External Addressbook because they need to be ín the external helpdesk also.
When they try to change their Lotus Internet Password in Names.nsf from the web, the following error is shown in Admin4.nsf “Title: External Address Book File name: (Our Server)!!external.nsf; Error: Person documents for the ‘Name(s) acted upon’ were found in multiple trusted directories for which this server is the Administration Server.”
It is necessary for me to keep our server as the Administration Server.
Onyone have a suggestion for a workaround for this problem ?
