Cannot View attachments - error: Unable to locate the viewer configuration file

Anyone know how to fix this error message which comes up whenever I try to View an attachment?

Subject: viewer configuration file error

I found this:MS-ISAC

which is a bit worrying. Anyone know how to get the patch? We are a Business Partner and I just tried to enter the black hole which is IBM support and was spat out.
