Cannot set DST value

I’m having trouble setting the DST= field on a domino server. The console output shows the time is 1 hour behind. I’ve checked the OS is correct (RHEL 3) but for some reason the notes.ini param DST= is set to 0. I’ve tried changing this via the configuration doc and also by stopping the server, editing the notes.ini and changing it to 1, but after about 3 mins, I checked the notes.ini and it had reverted to 0!Anyone know how I can get it to stick at 1?

dumb question but is the OS clock/time zone set correctly? also check the server doc’s location section on the basics tab and see how it’s set to observe DST and the time zone setting.
