Cannot Find Full Access Administrator Field

I have just set up a new server to take over our existing beat up old server, tranfered all the file and the server is up and running fine - the only trouble is, I cannot find where to give myself the Full Access Administrator field oin the server document!!

I have replaced the design of my Domino Directory (template name StdR4PublicAddressBook - template version 6.5.1) and still cannot see this field

Can someone tell me whare I’m going wrong?

It shoud be on the serverdocument in the N&A on the security tab. Starting from the top it is the first field to the left.

For some reason, when I replaced the design, the field was not showing, now, after 10 minutes has gone by, its appeared

Strange!!
