Cannot edit room resource

Hi All,

In our resource database, a few room resource cannot be edited, I clicked on the “Edit Resource”, the message appear “room and resoruce rename is in progress”, I cannot edit the resource, I checked the admin request database, no pending request. Please give your kind advice.

Is this the first time that you try to rename this room?

From the R7 resource db, there is a script in the querymodechange event of the resource form

xxstr2="Room or resource rename is in progress.  No changes permitted at this time."

xxstr3="Room or resource can be updated only on administration server. "

Thanks, for you kind info, with the help of my collegue, the problem is solved, we moved this checking script triggered when the user clicks on “Rename Resource” instead of “Edit Resource”.

I you rename one of the other rooms or resources that are not in progress though the adminp - the adminp clear the field “$CSRoomRename” from the room og resource profile document. - Be sure that you don’t have any request waiting for process on the resource database.
