We have moved Passthru server to another location and public IP changed, updated and the configuration on the mail server, and still cannot access the hcl notes via passthru externally.

Hope you are doing well.
Please check the passthru server. Name resolution is working fine with the new IP address.
Additionally, please perform Trace to the passthru server and mail server from one of the affected Notes Client machines to check if Trace is getting successful or not.
The Trace output will help in identifying the connectivity of the passthru as well as mail server.

Hello,
This would need to investigate by reviewing server documents and network connections from end user to pass through server as well from pass through to backend mail server.
Please raise a case with HCL support team with following data for troubleshooting:
1. telnet response from client terminal to passthru server's public IP to confirm 1352 port is open and accessible.
2. run trace command (trace mail/SRV) on passthru server console to confirm the mail server is accessible from passthru server.
3. server documents of both passtru and mail server.
4. Trace result from Notes client to both servers (passthru server & mail server).
The above information would help in initial troubleshooting to understand if there are any connectivity issues from Notes client to Domino servers.
