Cannot connect to Lotus Traveler

I have setup a test server consisting of Windows 2003, Lotus Domino 8.0.1 and Lotus Notes 8.0.1 client and administration.

I have configured it for mail routing using an external domain name which works fine. I can also http to the server externally and receive the usual Lotus Domino web screen.

After I install Lotus Traveler and restart the server as per the installation instructions I am unable to see the Lotus web page externally nor can I see /traveler/index.html or any webmail.

I can view this from the server by using localhost only, even 127.0.0.1 fails.

Ports 80 and 25 are open on the firewall which is proved by the system working before the Traveler software was installed.

Any help would be appreciated guy’s.

Thanks

Subject: Re-check the Lotus Traveler settings

It sounds like the setup routine did not apply properly or the default Lotus Traveler settings didn’t apply somehow, recheck and compare them to the ones shown here:

Subject: Re-check the Lotus Traveler settings

Thanks for your suggestionhowever I have checked the link and compared the settings which all seem to be correct apart from the last option.

Open for edit (or create if necessary) the /servlets.properties file, and verify these parameters:

servlet.traveler.code=com.lotus.sync.servlet.TravelerServlet

servlets.startup=traveler

I am struggling to understand where I check or even set this.

Any further would be appreciated.

Thanks
