Since you have written an enhancement request, I have one more comment on this topic.
In previous versions of the rooms and reservations database, when the owner opened a reservation request to accept/decline, she could see the number of invitees.
In the latest version, this information is no longer visible.
I checked the documents and saw that the field “Capacity” had the info but was not visible. I added a computed text on the form to display this info for the room owner.
This solved the issue but there may be other users who have the same need…
This is working as designed. The default value for the “Number of attendees” field in the Find Rooms dialog is indeed calculated based on the number of people being invited to the meeting (including the chair)
