Hi,
when I choose a group in the to field within HCL Verse (Android) and mark "encrypt", the mail is sent, but after a few moments I receive a message
Traveler - Encryption Failed. Your mail with subject "Subject" sent from your device was not delivered. This message has been saved to your drafts folder. The failure(s) are: No public encryption key was found in the Domino directory for [Groupname].
Obviously Verse/Traveler are looking for the group's encryption key, which naturally does not exist. The Notes client would "resolve" the groupname and look for the encryption key of all group members individually.
Is it somehow possible to enable such a behaviour in Verse also? Manually resolve the group?
Thanks for any thought.
Regards,
Manuel

Hello @Manuel Nientit Sending encrypted mails from a device to Group recipients is not supported. Refer to product document General limitations
Also vote for this enhancement
Encrypted mail sent to any any group(external or internal) mail-ID through IBM Verse throw error
Thank you Sandeep, thank you Sudhir for your helpful responses. I was searching for both - the limitation and the enhancement request - and for some reasons could not find either.
