Can not create automated object for while using Brio as Object

We are accessing Brio Using Windows Xp but in windows 7 we are unable to connect Brio.We are getting the message “Can not create Automated Object” when we tried below code

Dim HBrio As Variant

Set HBrio = CreateObject(“BrioQuery.Application”)

Please help me on this how to connect to Brio
