I have a copmany.nsf. All users access to the database. But one user can not acces to the database.He can see and open the messages.But He has not read. He is in the access group.He was accesing databese.

Sounds like an ACL issue. You don’t give many details. Start by checking the user’s effective access. You can do that from the button on the ACL dialog. This will give you a hint whether you need to check groups, ACL, server access, etc.
