Is this on client code or server code?

If client code, as Jophin suggested above - explore timer APIs. We used them some time back extensively, they are reliable and easy to use.

On Kony Fabric, you could schedule any integration service (similar to cron/quartz jobs - but much easier interface)

It is MF end. We can schedule it but it is showing option for minimum one hour.

You can select multiple entries in minutes box. Did you tried?
