Is it possible to import a new logo in the place of the logo that is available in the letterhead(like Ponny express, post mark) of lotus client

No. How would other people’s clients display this header if everyone had different ones on their own computers?

Yes and No. As the other poster pointed out there are some considerations.
If you are an end user, the easiest answer is: No. (But if you and a buddy have Designer access to your mailfile, you both could make the same customization and be the only two that would be able to use the custom logo).
If you are an administrator with the ability to modify the design of all mailfiles on your system, the answer is: Yes. However, as it was previously mentioned, your custom letterhead will only be available to the Notes system that you customized.
The logo is not actually sent with the message. It is stored locally in the design of your mailfile so all mailfiles need to have the same design for the custom logo to work.
