you just can execute a “non command” formala in LotusScrpt with function “evaluate”.
so , "@Command([EditInsertFileAttachment])
" and any other “@Command(…)” formula can’t be executed in LotusScript.

In Notessession class you have evaluate method through which you can perform a @formulas in lotus script

Evaluate lets you run formulas, but specifically does not allow @Commands.
