just simple formula (i guest scripting), upon clicking button, it will pick up values of a field and paste it to Powerpoint, (i am not sure can it position where the text field will be send, and how big is the text box).

It might be something like a bookmark in word. I did some script for powerpoint, but it was more for change the colors of a state map showing what rep had what state. I do believe that I added the people in the legend. It is not that hard to do.

Tq, so it is possible yeah, cause I wonder in Powerpoint, how does it knows how big of text box to create, and where to put it, which slide layout to choose. Maybe it will be better if it can export to MS Powerpoint template first yeah?

It goes by the name of the object, which from what I have seen is unique. john

so i have to name a text object, than export the text data into powerpoint? sounds interesting, wish there is book written about it…
