Hi sruthi, If u r willing to Learn the basics of Domino Administration,it’s better to prefer Help.I hope u have Admin installed in your PC.Because my self also learnt much from help only.Now iam able to deal each and every issue.

                       If u want some pdf files regarding this admin i can provide u.But my prefernce is seeing HELP in your administartion is very much better than any other.

You can do a reinstall and add the help files.
