Call Pilot and Lotus Notes

Does anyone have experience working with Call Pilot/Nortel program and Lotus Notes? I have updated the Notes Client to use this messaging feature, but I keep getting the pop-up that there is no cross certificate for Nortel, although there is one in the NAB and also in the server document.

Jackie.

The call pilot install adds new views to the mail box and also adds a agent called “Refresh”. This agent must be signed by the Admin id that can execute scheduled agents on your Domino servers.

Once you have signed this agent with the correct ID this error will go away.

I hope this helps .

Hi,

We are using CallPilot as well. It was running smooth on Domino < 652 and the mentioned agents were installed. After I upgraded the servers were we not able to install Domino anylonger with the error that the mail files can’t be located. Already installed clients would continue working. - Just to let you know…

I was working with Nortel to get this solved (which has taken so amzing long time…) but they seem to have found the problem and I got a new release (2.50.06.28) which is working perfect. When using this release no agents are being installed in the mail files!?

So, if you are upgrading check out how good CP is working with the new server.

Yes, this did work and I thank-you for your help. Originally, I had signed the callpilot.nsf program and thought this would take care of every design element inside, but it did not. I also noticed that a form, and several views had the same problem, so I just made a keystroke change to these and when it was saved, it was signed by me also and this stopped the error message.

Thanks again…
