Greetings, One our our users is having a problem with Calendar Reminders in Lotus Notes. He is running 6.0 on Windows 2000. He has enabled Reminders for meetings in his mail database Tools, Preferences. The reminders work for a majority of entries but some entries the reminder fails to work.
When I check his calendar, all of the meetings have a flag for the $Alarm field and have the correct time entry in the $AlarmOffset field. When I check his $Alarm hidden folder, not all of the meeting entries from his calendar are in this view. Some how when he creates or accepts meetings, the entry in the $Alarm hidden folder is not made, even though the $Alarm field is set correctly. This causes the user to miss meetings (he is our President) and this is very baaaadddddddddd!!!
Has anyone else had problems with this same thing? Does anyone have any suggestions?
