hia user1 sends an invitation for meeting from Calendar and he gets answer immediately from a user2 who didn’t answer. And user2 was not at his workplace!
Whats wrong - please help

Subject: calendar meeting ‘automatically’ accepted
Have user2 check his/her Calendar preferences and make sure that it isn’t set to automatically process meeting invitations.
