Calendar invites: All time = free, no response from invitees

I am using Notes 8.0.1 on WTFMAIL02

“Suddenly” when I go to set up a Calendar meeting the “find available time” is not correct, for me or the other invited participants.

For me, it does NOT show my unavailable time. Or rather, it shows me as available for the entire day… existing meetings are not showing.

For the other invitees, it is either grayed out … or not showing at all.

Also, after sending the invite, when I check Invitee status … I see “No Response” for all invitees… even though I have received Acceptance / Declines from invitees.

This is true whether I open on my local replica OR directly on the server.

Notes Standard or Basic

This is very intermittent, if the problem shows up… it MAY go away if I stop / start Notes.

However I have found 3 others who have the same problem… so it is not just me.

it should be all types of client work.

available time will be summerized by the scheduler task on your server. this task will not do this immediately you have created a new meeting (and the meeting has to be on server - not only on a local replica). - this could be the reason for your available times.

to see the available times of other users on your system, they have to allow you to see this - at the calendar is a preference action button, where you / every user has to enable this.

It is also possible, to set this options by a policy (only systemadministrator).
