Hi,
When you try to schedule a meeting with a duration longer than 24 hours, you get a validation error popup “duration error” and it is impossible to save the meeting.
Is this due to a configuration problem (server or client) or is it purely impossible to schedule meetings longer than 24 hours (very annoying restriction!)?
Or is there any other workaround solution?
Thank you for your help,

It seems the calendar entry doesn’t allow meetings longer than 24 hours.
You could break your meeting in 24 hour parts. I know this doesn’t sound like a clean solution, but this is quite effortless.
On the other hand, you might try to change the mail template, but this is not recommended.
I know there are also some alternate mail templates available on internet, but I can’t tell if they accept meetings longer than 24 hours.

I guess Lotus is trying to preserve our health and sanity here.
Who would want to be stuck in a 24h meeting, let alone even longer?

OK - thank you,
Our users will split their meetings. Meetings longer than 24hrs don’t occur often, but this limitation is annoying in case of abroad meetings…
Thank you for your help,
