OK. I know if someone denies a meeting, it prompts the user if they would like to receive any followups.
Is there a way to set this up, that if someone declines, they will automatically get any follow ups?

oh if only, i’d have had a much easier friday last week after the PA from hell didn’t choose to receive followups and subsequently managed to screw her 47-week repeat meeting to all the senior managers.
anyway, you’d surely need to alter the template as there is no standard option.
