Calendar and "No Details Available"

One of the manager is not able to see the calendar entries of one of his team member when he adds the calendar using the feature “Add a calendar”. It always shows the entries as “No details available”. But others are able to see that calendar properly.

The clients are 8.5.1 FP2 on 8.5.2 Server. The mail templates are 8.5.2

Subject: local address book entry ?

Does the manager have an entry for the team member in his LOCAL addressbook ? If so, let him remove it as this might lead to the problem…
