Calculating no of fridays between 2 dates

I have to calculate no of fridays between 2 dates.How can I do that?what i think that i should apply a loop from date1 and date2 and within that loop , i should apply weekday function and whenever it gets friday , 1 is added to a variable.

The problem is that how can i apply a loop on dates , means if i take date1 , check if it is friday or not , add 1 to a variable if its friday and move to the next date, how can i move to the next date, adding 1 to date1 does not work.

any tips?

Use @businessdays and exclude everything except fridays
