hiI have a problem on showing the birthday of employee .
I have a view with first column birthday and second column is employee name.
and in another form i have Computed text field in which I want to show the name of the employee whose birthday is today.

I guess birthday is a date of that person. What problem you are having to display it in the view? Map the view column to the birthday field of the form which you are using in the view selection formula.
Have another hidden view with first column sorted by the combination of day and month in the birthday field. Use @Day(birthday)+@Month(birthday) which displays 0503(5th march in India or 0305 (5th March in US)). Second column mapped to the person’s name.
In computed text formula, use @dblookup function to grab the person’s name from the hidden view by passing today’s day and month combination @Day(@Today)+@Month(@Today).
