CA Process--Why would migrated certifiers not show up in my webadmin user creation dialog?

Hi all,

I spent all morning migrating my certifiers to the CA process, but when I attempt to create a new user, the only option I am given is the certifier I migrated a few days back for testing.

Anyone have any idea why my new migrated certifiers aren’t showing up? They all appear correctly using the admin client.

It turns out that you need to list the server as an RA in the cert ICL in order to access the CA certifiers via webadmin.nsf.
