C&S problem : Chair person is lost

User A with Notes 8.5 and 8.02 template opens user B´s calendar to create a new meeting. User B has Notes 6.5.4. and 6.5.4 template.

Metteing is created ansd invitations sent out. External participants revcieve the invitation with user B as chair and sent by user A. They accept the meetinginvitation and the meeting in user B calendar is updated as supposed.

Internal participants recieve the invitation with users A as chair, with no information about user B. So the origibal chair person is lost. If they accesp the meeting, response goes to user A, who can not open the response, due to error “Invalid or nonexixting Parent document”. Logic, since the parent document is in user B calendar.

Is this a bug?

I wonder if it would be possible to email me a copy of the meeting from the chair’s mail file (that would be User B in the scenario you described)

As well as a copy of the invitation which was received by one of your “internal participants” which is exhibiting the problem.
