Hi

I have created some code that works when i place it on a button,

but when i put it on initialize on a field it wont work it says object variable not set!

Please post your code and let us know where you are getting error message in your code using debugger.

The code works when its placed in an action! But when i insert it on another button that already has some code on it! And save iz no error ocurrs but when i start the doc(ist an response) it says object variable not set

If you are not posting some sort of code in which area you are facing, its very difficult us to help you. As per your response it seems to be the problem with your old code.

Please check whether view is not setting or document not setting etc.,
