While checking why busytime allowed for double booking I discovered that no users are listed in the database, only rooms. I was under the impression that busytime not only keeps track of room reservations but also individual calendar entries for users.
We have a separate developement environment and on that server busytime lists persons as well as rooms. Why is that?
The originating problem that led me to this question is a user who has made repeated reservations with a notes-client version 6.5. The clients have since been upgraded to 8.0.1 but his reservations are not included among the reservations for this particular room.
Do I need to remove all users repeated reservations and ask them to re-create or is there a better way to make busytime aware of them.
I have already tried tell rnrmgr check/validate etc, and I have also re-created busytime once.
