Is there a way to send a bulk e-mail so that each address shows up in the To field and not the bcc field? (I don’t want to see any more than one address in the To field.). This is sent some personalised message to my key customers.

You can write an agent to do this, or you can look into one of the various 3rd party CRM products for Notes that have this capability built in.

We use a a 3rd party tool called “Print Merge Reporter” which allows us to bulk email contacts in our Personal Address Book, existing Notes database, or spreadsheet. It also allows us to import HTML files or Notes mailbox stationery.

your customer contacts in another system such as an Excel spreadsheet you can
import them into the provided sample database which can then be used for the
email blast.
