I have added a text file containing the logs during the build process in Release mode and it keeps failing.

Which version of Windows os are you using and what is the available ram in machine and is it a 32 or 64 bit os ?
This is a windows OS specific issue in heap allocation during build.
This should usually go away once you restart your laptop.
