I have 2 servers. 1 running v 6.0.1 on Windows 2000 and the other is running 5.04 on NT 4 SP6A. I have several databases replicated on both servers. When a user running the 6.0.1 client opens one of the replicated databases using File/Database/Open the bookmark changes to the NSF file for that server. What is causing the bookmark to change?

This may not be related to the version. I believe that bookmarks will point to the replica that was most recently accessed. Try opening the database that’s on a different server (using File/Database/Open and see if the bookmark ‘adjusts’ to point to that server.
That’s how it’s been working for us under 5.
